Fathered by Oi Parker, Thandie Newton is expecting her third baby. A representative for the actress confirmed the happy news as Thandie showed off the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival. The 40-year-old British star gave a telling smile as she posed at the premiere of her new film, Half Of A Yellow Sun. As her proud partner put a protective arm around her, Thandie looked utterly radiant as she posed in a monochrome Stella McCartney dress – the tiniest hint of a baby bump just about visible.

Thandie and writer-director OI have been married for 15 years, and are already parents to daughters Ripley, 13 this month, and Nico, eight.

"She couldn't be more happy," a source told US Weekly. "You can barely tell she has a bump and she's been dressing different because of it."

Half Of A Yellow Sun is based on a novel by Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and follows four people during the struggle to establish an independent republic in Nigeria.

Comedian Kevin Hart is arrested Sunday for his reckless driving. The patrol police spoted him and was suspicious about his bing drunken while driving. The California Highway Patrol confirms that they busted him under suspicion of DUI (Driving under the influence) around 4:30 a.m. Sunday after officers spotted Hart driving erratically at a high rate of speed and witnessed him almost colliding with a gas tanker truck. He was pulled over after failing a field sobriety test took him to the police station. The actor was held at Van Nuys jail on $5,000 bond but was subsequently released and took to Twitter to discuss the incident.

He tweets "I'm officially a thug, I spent 6hrs in jail last night...I got pulled over 3blocks from my house by a dick head cop," he tweeted. "This cop was the worst, he knew who I was & wanted to make a example out of me...."

Meteorite fragment hit the world: injured over 1200 in Russian Urals

A meteorite fragment flashed Russian Sky over Russia’s Ural Mountains on Friday morning and fell in the Chelyabinsk region about 1500 km east Moscow. The exploded piece injured around 1200 people.

Interior Ministry spokesman Vadim Kolesnikov said 102 people had called for medical assistance following the incident, mostly for treatment of injuries from glass broken by the explosions. Later the number stands more than 1200. Still going on the investigation of total damage it caused.

Kolsenikov also said about 600 square meters of a roof at a zinc factory had collapsed.

Reports conflicted on what exactly happened in the clear skies. A spokeswoman for the Emergency Ministry, Irina Rossius, told The Associated Press that there was a meteor shower, but another ministry spokeswoman, Elena Smirnikh, was quoted by the Interfax news agency as saying it was a single meteorite.

The ministry also said some fragments fell near the town of Satka, about 200 kilometers (120 miles) from the regional capital city of Chelyabinsk.

The walking dead returns with record breaking season 3.

Another record return to the movie world reaching 12.3 million viewers is the sequal of horror movie Walking Dead. AMC’s The Walking Dead season 3 returned last night among the huge amount of its fans. It is a series high for the zombie apocalypse drama. Up against the Grammys, the 9 PM mid-season premiere pulled in 7.7 million viewers among Adults 18-49, a basic-cable record for a series and up 6% from the show’s previous high for its October 14 season premiere.

In total, 16.6 million viewers watched Walking Dead last night combining the 9 PM premiere and 11 PM, midnight and 2 AM encores on AMC. The series was back Sunday for the last eight episodes of its third season after a break of more than two months.

The big numbers Sunday come after a record-breaking third season so far that saw the show pull in a massive 10.9 million Live+Same Day total viewers for its October 14 premiere, which bested all other telecasts cable and broadcast. The Walking Dead’s mid-season finale on December 2 garnered 10.5 million viewers in its 9 PM time slot and 15.2 million for the entire night with encores.

The Walking Dead’s Season 3 series average in the 18-49 demo is ahead of the averages for big network shows like The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family and NCIS. Walking Dead was renewed for a fourth season late last year. Accoding to the executive producer Gale Anne Hurd of this film the season 4 will hopefully hit the screen in October 2013. Another record!!!! Lets see.

A senior citizen of 82, Terry Miracle, does the miracle busted a criminal

A senior citizen named Terry Miracle, 82, helped the police in busting a robbery suspect. He was then  pulling weeds in his garden as the suspect was being chased by the police on a foot down his street. Miracle said he heard a police officer yelling.

"I heard a terrific commotion," said Miracle. "And then I heard him say, 'He's heading down 3296.'" Miracle recognized those numbers right away, since it's his address. He left the gardening behind and walked up to his house to investigate. Just then, Miracle said the suspect bolted around the corner into his backyard.

"He was looking back to see how close the police were and he didn't see me at all," said Miracle.

In that moment, Miracle remembered a move he learned playing high school football 65 years ago, something he calls a ‘Cross Body Block.'

"'I can do that,' I said to myself, not thinking that I'm an 82-year-old man and he was maybe 30, if that."

Miracle said he ran towards the man, who stopped, and that's when he busted out his move. "You always lift your knee and spread it out a ways," he said. "And I did that kind of atomically I guess. I caught him in the knees and he went down."

That gave police just enough time to catch up and arrest the suspect. Miracle said he is a little sore but otherwise unhurt.

Since taking down the suspect, Miracle said he has become somewhat of a local celebrity in town. He got a standing ovation in church Sunday when the pastor announced what he had done. A couple of boys even asked for his autograph.

"I wouldn't think of myself of a hero," said Miracle. "I would think of myself, at best, as a person that saw something that needed to done, so I did it." Police identified the suspect officers arrested as 27-year-old Morgan Perry Bluehorse, a convict with a long criminal history.

Teen pop singer at last colored himself with another controversy being caught in frame when taking drug with some of the hazy faced friend. Justin Bieber alleged drug photos show that the teenage star started his year off with all smiles. The 18-year-old teenage idol was caught holding what appears to be a blunt of marijuana on Jan. 2.

 Sources at TMZ are allegedly responsible for releasing the photos on Jan. 4.

A Package to "Indiana Jones" baffles The University of Chicago

The Mysterious package

A package has become the talk of town in the The University of Chicago for a few days.

According to the university’s admissions department Tumblr page, a package arrived at the university on Wednesday addressed to Henry Walton Jones Jr. Unsure where to put the package, the student office worker set it aside until someone realized it wasn’t intended for any actual student or faculty member, but a fictional character who in his story was once enrolled at the University of Chicago: Indiana Jones.

The character’s Wikia profile, compiled from information released about the character through the films, TV series, video games and supplemental novels, says he was a student there sometime in the early 1920s.

When the package was finally opened, the mystery grew. Inside was an apparently handmade re-creation of Abner Ravenwood’s diary. Ravenwood, for those not familiar with the Indiana Jones films, was Jones’ professor at the University of Chicago whose knowledge of the Ark of the Covenant set in motion the story of “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” Steven Spielberg’s landmark 1981 film staring Harrison Ford as the adventuresome archaeologist.

“The book itself is a bit dusty, and the cover is teal fabric with a red velvet spine, with weathered inserts and many postcards/pictures of Marion Ravenwood (and some cool old replica money) included,” the admissions department wrote on its Tumblr page.

Some sleuthing on the part of the university discovered that the package had never actually been sent through the mail — the postage on the outside of the package was not real, even though it was dirty and scuffed as though it had been in transit.

So why did someone send this package here? Is it promotional? Is it an attempt to gain admission to the university? Is it some kind of art project?

The 20-year-old starlet stormed out of the scene, with the 18-year-old Canadian heartthrob following her with his head bowed, TMZ reports. "Something must have happened inside the restaurant, because 10 minutes after he arrived, they both stormed out looking stone-faced," a source told E! Online.

"They were very serious and did not look happy at all. She got in her car, and Justin got into his." Gomez then drove home, while Bieber training her car behind, only to be rejected at the gate of her LA home. "Selena drove off and Justin just sat there for a few minutes. I think he was waiting for her to calm down. He then drove to her house. When he got there, he started buzzing her gate. But she was obviously not letting him in. He continued trying. Then, after a while he got out of his car, he was obviously frustrated and went up to the gate and started yelling 'Selena' over it. But...she was not coming out," the insider added. "It was at this point [Justin] started to yell at the paps," the source told the site.

"He was obviously annoyed that they were there and witnessing everything. He was mad. When Justin got to her place ... she denied him entrance at the gate and Bieber drove off. The troubled teen idol duo's romance only seems to get more dramatic. And Bieber seems to be taking it all in to learn some life lessons. "Things aren't always easy," Bieber tweeted later that night.

Denise Richards has adopted a hurricane affected doggy as she often says he is like a magnet for stray animals. She even said that she can’t help but give in when she sees a distressed animal in need. When the 41-year old actress went to the North Shore Animal League America to help out after they were bombarded with stray animals after the hurricane, she immediately found a black Labrador puppy–or maybe the puppy found her–and adopted her before the day was over.

“Denise Richards visited North Shore Animal League America headquarters yesterday to provide vital help in spreading the word about our disaster relief efforts and encouraging adoptions. During their visit Denise and her family fell in love with Tara the Labrador Mutt-i-gree puppy and welcomed her into their home!” the organization wrote on their Facebook page.

The Animal League is known as the world’s largest no-kill animal shelter, and after Hurricane Sandy ravaged the Eastern part of the U.S., the shelter was overrun with pets which had either been lost or abandoned in the aftermath. They have been big supporters of the victims of the storm, providing cat and dog food to those who were displaced due to flooding or fire.

Richards is a well-known animal lover and has adopted several dogs over the years. According to a blog post Richards wrote at iVillage, she’s adopted more than 2,000 dogs over the years.

Richards writes:

“Every other Monday when I’m not working, I go to the shelter and we take out 30-50 dogs that would otherwise be euthanized … The dogs we take out are [driven] to a facility in Utah or Montana. Since joining the program, over 2,000 dogs have been adopted.”

America died."

It was just the beginning of the vocal Tea Party supporter’s commentary. She also told her followers: "The Democrat Party voted God out and replaced Him with Romans 1. In the Good vs Evil battle…today…Evil won."

Finally on Tuesday night Jackson, 53, wrote: "Thanks a lot Christians, for not showing up. You disgust me."

It’s not the first time the former SNL star has made controversial comments. Jackson, who has the Internet series The Victoria Jackson Show, previously weighed in on the "legitimate rape" debacle. In one episode she gave her view on Republican Todd Akin’s comments that the "female body has ways" to prevent pregnancy if a woman is sexually assaulted.

Amanda Bynes was walking naked around a New York City Salon named Beach Bum Tanning, was the news published by a tabloid "In Touch Magazine" on Thursday. They said the 26 year-old former "Nickeldeon" star was walking in search of goggles completely nude and then returned to a private spray-tan room.

This news made Bynes completly unstable and she threatens to sue the magazine. she told Us Weekly, "I'm not 'troubled," and confessed,"I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."

She also told Celebuzz via a text message Wednesday, "That's not true, I'll sue." The megazine might take the thing true as the actress suffered with driving violation, court dates, countless headlines. But she demands that now she is doing just fine.

Contradicting the InTouch account, a store employee told Us that Bynes, a frequent tanning customer, was "always polite" and usually just popped in and out.
